I’m fortunate enough to be in the office today, having left the field team two days ago to begin our market-by-market analysis. Reviewing video, audio, photos and field notes behind closed doors has left me wanting to connect with the “outside world” again (an ethnographer can’t stand to be away for long) – so I thought I’d take a minute to share some thoughts about the role of video in consumer ethnography with our blog readers.
