Sylvia Kinnicutt is the Director of Subtext Operations at Sentient Decision Science. Ms. Kinnicutt brings over 8 years of survey and market research and is PRC (Professional Researcher Certified) by the Marketing Research Association.
At Sentient, Sylvia manages project deliverables, oversees programming, sample collection, and conducts analysis – creating digestible summaries of data and key findings for Fortune 500 clients.
Sylvia is a master of process and runs successful research projects seamlessly, coordinating multiple constituent needs across global markets fluidly. Sylvia manages global accounts at Sentient including projects for PepsiCo, Heineken, Campbells, iRobot, Diageo and Facebook among others.
Sylvia holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, an MBA from Boston College, and a BA in Economics from Lehigh University.
