Lisa’s expertise in strategic and marketing leadership drives innovation and facilitates transformative organizational change. This background equips her to effectively communicate client needs to the Insights team to deliver in excellence.
Prior to joining Sentient, Lisa spent over 12 years at a major CPG company. During this time, she held senior insights roles within brand teams and also worked in behavioral science-focused positions. While on the brand side, Lisa helped her team to interpret Sentient results, enabling the optimizations required for successful in-market execution. In her behavioral science-focused center of excellence role, she was responsible for driving cultural change and setting parameters for governance expectations throughout the global organization (NA, LAO, EMEA and APAC).
She is passionate about innovation – finding ways to harness agility while utilizing her natural curiosity to spur continuous improvement. Her areas of expertise include packaging development, brand equity, creative optimization (including benefit visualizations), claim substantiation and agile innovation applied to both renovations as well as innovations.
Her leadership experience has focused on developing and growing market research professionals from a personal, professional and toolkit perspective – enabling brands to harness industry best practices and set the bar for which others aspire.
