Sarah is a leader within Sentients Strategic Insights group working with teams across many of Sentient’s global client engagements within financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare and CPG. She is centered on enriching research paradigms which draw from the advances made in Sentient’s Subconscious Research Lab. These advances help clients form a more precise understanding of their consumer’s behavior to better prioritize actions.
Sarah’s marketing research career launched over 20 years ago at a Boston based, global management consulting firm where she supported strategy teams both B2B and B2C and within automobile, healthcare, financial services, and consumer packaged goods sectors. She subsequently led a full service marketing research firm focused on the provision of attitudinal and behavioral decision support systems targeting multi-cultural, generational and other consumer segments.
Sarah joined the Sentient team nearly 10 years ago to gain novel access to behavioral and technology experts in emotional measurement in order to improve information foresight. Sarah holds a BA in Economics, with a minor in Sociology.
